Vital-Fizz Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Vital-Fizz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within the 14-day period.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including the cost of standard delivery.

  • In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will notify you by email that we have received your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method used for your purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at:

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

Upon confirmation of refunds and returns, an address will be provided. 

Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return.
