Where We Deliver

We currently ship across the UK only. Orders can be delivered to residential and commercial addresses. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

• Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days once dispatched.

• We do not currently offer express or next-day delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping for orders of £100 or more.

• A flat rate of £4 applies to all orders under £100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via our courier’s platform. These updates will let you track your order’s progress until it arrives at your door.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is missed and your order is returned to us, we are happy to re-send it — however, a re-delivery charge will apply.
